Location
The property is located on the right hand side of Rougeval, a small residential estate located at the bottom of Rouge Rue near the point where Rouge Rue meets Le Bouet. This is a predominately residential area although businesses within the near vicinity include Hamilton Brooke, Homeplan/Furniture Warehouse, Arrowsmith Marlowe and the Co-op Longstore.
